Creating Teacher Accounts

Teachers may access MontessoriTrac to manage their classroom. Teachers may create schedules (calendar), attendance, lessons, homework, and progress reports, as well as access their students' records. Teachers need a user name and password in order to login to MontessoriTrac.

Create New

From the Main Menu, select Create New: Teachers. Fill in the information, assign a user name and password, and click Save. To create a new teacher account this way, first check if the account has already been created to avoid duplicates.

Search For

From the Main Menu, select Search For: Teachers. Review the current teacher accounts to be sure that you are not creating a duplicate, then click New Record at the top of the screen. Fill in the information, assign a user name and password, and click Save.
